The summer holidays are over and City of York Scouts is straight back into it.
On Monday, 7 September, Lead Volunteers from the Scout Groups across the city met at the Cabin, part of York Scout Activity Centre (YSAC), for the first get-together of the new Scouting year.
The session was for taking stock: what is working well in each Group, what needs more hands, and where one Group’s solution might solve another Group’s problem. Most of that work happens alone, week to week, so time in a room together to compare notes matters.
