Managing Behaviour in your Section.
This course is aimed at supporting you as an adult volunteer to manage behaviour effectively.
During the course, we will:
1. Discover why children behave in different ways.
2. How to respond as a leader.
3. Discuss strategies and gain top tips to support you in being effective at behaviour management.
4. Explore adaptations and responses for those young people with additional needs or special educational needs
5. Have time to ask questions.
The session will be via Zoom. Dial-in details will be shared with people registered to attend who have secured a place.
