St Georges Day Celebrations 2027

We are pleased to confirm that venues for our St George’s Day 2027 celebrations have now been secured. The event will take place on Sunday 25 April, with afternoon parade and services held at York Minster and Central Methodist Church.

We have listened carefully to the wide range of feedback shared about last year’s event. We recognise that members hold many different views about the event format, and how it should evolve. Your reflections have been invaluable in shaping our thinking.

We are currently reviewing what changes can be made for 2027.

We ask all our Scout Groups to embrace the event, and join us in celebrating our young people and volunteers. Further information will be shared in the New Year.
