We’re excited to invite you to a Snowball Open Evening at York Scout Activity Centre (Snowball Plantation) — and we genuinely want anyone and everyone to come along.

Snowball is entering a new chapter… and we want you to be part of it.

This is your chance to:

 Meet the new team
 Hear the vision for the future of Snowball
 Share your ideas
 Ask questions
 Find out how you could get involved
 Enjoy tea, coffee and biscuits (of course!)

We believe we can build on what Snowball offers to become a thriving, high-quality activity centre that York District is proud of — a place buzzing with activities, volunteers, young people and opportunity.

But that only happens if we build it together.

Whether you’ve volunteered for years, helped once, booked the site, thought about getting involved, or just care about Snowball’s future — this evening is for you.

There’s no long formal presentation (just a bit at the start to set the scene!).

No pressure.

Just conversation, vision, enthusiasm… and a real opportunity to shape what happens next.
