Explorers and Scouts from across York captured suggestions to feed into plans for our new City of York District. Our District Youth Team facilitated an inspiring District Youth Forum to consult Scouts, Explorers and Young Leaders on 4 key topics:
- District Programme and Events
- Designing a new District Necker
- York Scout Activity Centre
- Badges & Awards
Their views will be presented to our District Leadership Team and Trustee Board, and inform our District Development Plans. Come along to our District Conference on 9 May to find out what they came up with.
Our Leaders also took part in a workshop exploring how to make their Section activities more Youth Shaped.
