DESCRIPTION:Managing Behaviour in your Section.\nThis course is aimed at supporting you as an adult volunteer to manage behaviour effectively.\n\nDuring the course\, we will:\n1. Discover why children behave in different ways.\n2. How to respond as a leader.\n3. Discuss strategies and gain top tips to support you in being effective at behaviour management.\n4. Explore adaptations and responses for those young people with additional needs or special educational needs\n5. Have time to ask questions.\n\nThe session will be via Zoom.  Dial-in details will be shared with people registered to attend who have secured a place.
